LMNT – Electrolytes
I really love these electrolytes and it is truly one of the only products I use regularly. VERY helpful if you are suffering with any carb withdrawal symptoms or the ‘keto flu’. I use them on days when I do big workouts or go on hikes.

My favorite flavours are the plain (non-flavoured), orange and the chocolate to put in my coffee and make a mocha!
