This delicious keto friendly fat bomb smoothie is perfect when you need to boost your fat intake for the day and want a filling drink you can take with you when you are on the run.


  • I tablespoon Collagen Powder
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 30 ml (1 ounce) espresso shot
  • 2 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • 1 scoop MCT powder (this is optional but I find it has a better consistency with the powder added)
  • 1 cup ice (you can put more or less depending on your personal preference)
  • 1/2 cup pure pouring cream
  • 1/4 cup water


Place all ingredients into a high speed blender

Blend until smooth

Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy
